Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to purchases made through the Site for products available through the Site. From time to time, MUNDO ÚNICO may change or alter these terms which will be applicable to orders placed on or after the effective date indicated by MUNDO ÚNICO. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and undertake to comply with them.

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, with the exception of sale items purchased during Black Friday Cyber ​​Monday (the last Wednesday of every November through the following Monday of every year).

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at the discretion of, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience for our customers.

Possible fraud or abuse of MUNDO ÚNICO policies, including excessive or unreasonable chargebacks, may result in the rejection of future transactions or chargebacks.

MUNDO ÚNICO reserves the right to change the Return and Warranty policy without prior notice to its customers and will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of such changes. Other exceptions may apply.

In order to place an order, you must be the owner or authorized holder of a valid payment card, be 18 years of age or older, and not barred from using the Site under applicable laws.

If you choose to create an account, you will be required to create a personal user ID (your username) and password. It is important that you always keep your password secure and do not disclose it to anyone else, as you are personally responsible for every purchase you make using your user ID and password.

If you receive an order confirmation by email from the Site, this does not constitute acceptance of an order by MUNDO ÚNICO or an offer to sell. MUNDO ÚNICO reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse service to any customer and/or limit the quantity ordered of any item ordered. MUNDO ÚNICO may request verification of any personal or credit card information at any time prior to accepting any order.

Once MUNDO ÚNICO has received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email containing your order number and details of the items you have ordered. We will continue to communicate with you electronically by email regarding the shipping status of your purchase. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that are provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Processing times may increase during peak seasons.

For shipping, please allow at least the following business days for transit:

Standard : 5 to 7 business days; the shipping cost will be calculated during the purchase process and will be notified to you at the time of order settlement, before you make the payment.

International

By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with any import restrictions and laws of local authorities, understanding that the dispatch of your product will be made from South America-Colombia.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Change or cancel order

As we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, we regret that it is generally not possible for us to handle change or cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. Please ensure that you have checked the details of your order before submitting it, especially the billing and shipping address. MUNDO ÚNICO can be contacted during business hours, but if we are unable to facilitate an order change or cancellation request, we may process a return under our Convenience Guarantee policy.

Pay

Payment will be made using a payment method approved by MUNDO ÚNICO or through Shopify Payments. Approved payment methods are listed at checkout.

Your payment method will not be accepted under the following conditions:

1. The name on the credit card does not match the billing address provided.
2. The billing address provided does not match our bank records.

The order confirmation email sent to you after payment is proof of purchase and we recommend that you keep a copy of that document for future reference.

UNICO WORLD must receive full payment for your order before it can be shipped.

Prices and taxes

1. The price charged for each item ordered will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed on the Site.
2. Shipping charges and import duties/taxes are not included in the price, please check your shopping cart before making payment.
3. MUNDO ÚNICO will charge sales tax when required by law. Required charges will be calculated on the order total and will be displayed in your order confirmation.
4. Sales tax and shipping will be detailed in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
5. MUNDO ÚNICO reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
6. For North American customers: Orders shipping to the US will be charged in US dollars.
7. Your country's customs office may charge you import duties and taxes on the base amount in US dollars. Expenses incurred for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package and will be collected at the time of ordering.

Shipment

MUNDO ÚNICO will deliver the products you have ordered to the shipping address you indicate at the time of placing the order. If the shipping address listed on the order is incorrect, MUNDO ÚNICO will not be liable. Please make sure to check that the shipping address is correct before placing the order.

MUNDO ÚNICO will make deliveries as soon as possible after acceptance of your order, depending on the delivery method you have chosen on the Site. The waiting period and charges for ordered products, sales taxes and shipping costs are calculated at the time orders are submitted and accepted on the MUNDO ÚNICO site. If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been submitted and accepted, a credit for that product will be issued to the original payment method.

You automatically become the owner of the product you have ordered at the moment when MUNDO ÚNICO delivers it to the carrier. From then on, you will assume all risks related to the ordered product and MUNDO ÚNICO will not be responsible for its loss or damage.

If an order is undeliverable and is returned to MUNDO ÚNICO undelivered, we will consider that you have exercised your right to cancel the contract. We will refund the amount in accordance with our returns policy when a package is returned undelivered.

MUNDO ÚNICO shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance if such delays or failures are caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, national or local states of emergency, failures of transportation facilities, power or utility outages, earthquakes or other natural disasters.

Delivery of products is subject to the rules of the delivery companies with which MUNDO ÚNICO does business, at this time, FedEx, as well as any other rules of the company with which it may do business from time to time. In particular, it is subject to the rules regarding the signature acknowledging receipt of the products. In the event that a signature is required and you are absent from the place where you requested delivery, you will be responsible for the recovery of the products in accordance with the rules of the delivery company.

Warranty policy

MUNDO ÚNICO offers a 30-calendar-day warranty after purchase for Underwear and 90-calendar-day warranty after purchase for Outerwear on products purchased directly from MUNDO ÚNICO. This warranty does not apply to brands or companies that market or distribute the MUNDO ÚNICO brand within one year of purchase. Items can only be exchanged and, in some cases, refunded.

Inventory

Your order may be delayed before being shipped to you while we wait for one or more out-of-stock items to become available.

MUNDO ÚNICO does not guarantee the availability of inventory of the products offered on the Site. If MUNDO ÚNICO is unable to deliver a product you ordered due to insufficient inventory, MUNDO ÚNICO will inform you by email and refund to your original payment method the amount paid for the product that is not available due to insufficient inventory.

UNICO WORLD will not be responsible under any circumstances for any damage you may suffer due to insufficient inventory.

Terms of Service for Mobile Devices

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for any failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information submitted through the Service, any errors in such information and/or any actions you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.

Responsibility

In the event that MUNDO ÚNICO could be held liable to you, such liability will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the returned products. Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, nothing in it may have the effect of limiting any right you may have as a consumer with respect to one or another of the public order laws that apply to you.

Errors and inaccuracies
