 Changes or returns:

If you wish to exchange any of our products, you must take into account that:

  • To make your exchange, it is essential to present your purchase invoice, gift certificate or provide the buyer's identification number.
  • The maximum period for making changes is 30 days from the date of issuance of the invoice for underwear and 90 days from the date of issuance of the invoice for outerwear.
  • The product must not be used, washed, modified or altered from its original state.
  • Promotional items, underwear, cosmetics and accessories cannot be exchanged.
  • Products purchased through authorized brands or distributors cannot be exchanged.
  • Refund – Refund must be requested within 7 calendar days after receiving your order. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty:

  • To make the guarantee effective, it is essential to present the purchase invoice, gift certificate or provide the buyer's identification number.
  • The maximum period for making changes is 30 days from the date of issuance of the invoice for underwear and 90 days from the date of issuance of the invoice for outerwear.
  • To process your warranty claim, you must bring the item in good condition and clean.
  • The product must not be modified or altered from its original state.
  • The items on sale have any of the following conditions: they are imperfect, repaired, remanufactured or discontinued items, therefore, the legal guarantee will not be enforceable.

After 90 days, merchandise changes will not be accepted for any reason.

If you wish to make the change through www.mundounico.us , it is 30 days from the date of issuance of the invoice for underwear and 90 days from the date of issuance of the invoice for outerwear, you must contact us through our contact form:

Once you have requested the return of your product, you can choose between the following options:

*Electronic voucher or credit note to make a new purchase at tns.us (this VOUCHER will be valid for one year).
*Refund
Once the exchange request has been submitted with the necessary information, a date is scheduled for collection by FedEx according to the day on which you can deliver the product to the carrier.

When you deliver the product to the carrier, it must already be properly packaged. You can use the same packaging in which you received the order or you can use one of your preference, however, it is important that the packaging is appropriate for the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the transport process.

It is important that you keep in mind that: the product must not be modified or altered from its original state and the garment must be in good condition and clean and with its original labels.

The times for change, broken down for each modality, according to the MUNDO ÚNICO policy are:

Electronic voucher or credit note to make a new purchase at www.mundounico.us : it will be sent to your email three business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.

Money back:

  • Through payment reversal: 30 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse and verifying the condition of the product, MUNDO ÚNICO will have 3 business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria established here to exchange it for size or color and generate an Electronic Voucher to buy another product or a refund (only applies to claims for warranty or right of withdrawal).

When do products NOT comply with the exchange and warranty policies?

Your product does NOT meet the criteria of our exchange and warranty policy if:

  • The product is modified or altered from its original state.
  • The garment is damaged by use or washing.
  • Accessories, underwear, cosmetics and fragrances cannot be exchanged, nor can items from our SALE section.

We will inform you by email of the reason why the exchange or warranty is not applicable and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
