Any purchase made on www.mundounico.us may be returned or exchanged within 30 days (some exceptions may apply) with proof of purchase. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in new condition with all tags attached. Underwear cannot show signs of use, washing, or alterations. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. The refund value for returned merchandise is based on the original form and amount of payment. Follow the instructions on the portal to proceed with a return.

Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We ship orders Monday through Friday at 12pm EST. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 12pm EST through Sunday or on holidays. For more details on shipping times, please see our shipping terms and conditions. If you need an item urgently, we recommend that you contact us by email at info@mundounicostore.com

After your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please note that after we send you your shipping confirmation, your tracking number may not have any information attached to it for up to 48 hours after leaving our warehouse.

Delivery times may vary from 5 to 7 business days , depending on the destination state.

If you see an error in your shipping address or wish to modify/cancel your order, please email us at info@mundounicostore.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.


We fulfill our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we will be able to stop shipping your package in time to change the address or cancel it.
