• The guarantee is the obligation that MUNDO ÚNIC has towards buyers to guarantee quality, suitability, safety, good condition and functioning of the products offered. In the case of refund of money under guarantee MUNDO ÚNIC has fifteen (15) business days following the moment in which the consumer makes available the good that is the subject of the request for effectiveness of the legal guarantee. For any of the cases not contemplated by Law 1480 of 2011 or Decree 735 of 2013, MUNDO ÚNIC will carry out the operations within a maximum period of thirty (30) business days from the receipt of the product returned by the buyer, but There will be no compensation, interest or other items in favor of the buyer.
